Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund for items returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. You must return the item within 14 days from the day you received your order. 

Returns are free and will be processed upon receipt of the items, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. You can request a return directly through your order confirmation email or by contacting us at: info@aeris-ch.com. We will then send you a return label.
